The First Blog

Today is Monday, February 28th, 2011, and the first day of my blog.  It is also my wife Pam's birthday, although not really, since her real birthday is February 29th.  I suppose the purpose of this "blog" is to journal, a pastime I find too solitary and perhaps uninteresting to myself.  In a culture of reality narcissism, it seems I require an audience.  I will write of surgery, family, obsession, current events, and whatever other soporific drool  presents itself.  As always with the newspaper articles I am greatly appreciative of your feedback.
